WebMar 18, 2016 · I even disable the night-time when actually building, because it makes it almost impossible to see what you're doing. I guess if there were a mod with a very light blue night, so that I could still see things pretty well, I might use it. Similarly, I've never tested really low values of DoF during regular play.

I dont think the globe indicator in the bottom left is changing to night time when the day/night … WebOrdinarily, the game cycles through 10 weeks of daytime followed by six weeks of nighttime, with the last week of each phase serving as the visual transition from one mode to the other (where the streetlights turn on and off).

A full cycle is about 113 in-game days, which is roughly equivalent to 9 minutes and 35 seconds at 3x speed. You are able to turn this off in the option menu.
