Web20 Feb 2024 · Getting a bubble free finish with ultracote is very difficult however with Monokote it couldn't be easier. You spray the covering with window cleaner, apply the covering, squeegee out the air bubbles and allow it to dry. The next day I go over it with a 225 degree iron to set the glue and it's always 100% bubble free and does not come up.
